The Montgomery County Preservation Coalition will present a Historic Homes Tour 2024 on Sunday, December 15, from 1:00pm to 4:30pm. A reception at Trinity Episcopal Parish House will follow from 4:30pm to 5:30pm.
Tour stops include the following locations:

- Judge Tyler House, 409 Greenwood Ave
- Denton House, 410 Greenwood Ave
- Dozier House, 1118 Madison Street
- Dowdy Roy Financial, 1202 Madison Street
- Tip Top, 16 Trahern Terrace
The Montgomery County Preservation Coalition formed July 2023 in response to the proposed demolition of the Dunlop-Miller house. Their vision is to preserve, restore and protect Clarksville’s architectural heritage by promoting education, community advocacy, fellowship awareness, and cultural tourism. The Montgomery County Preservation Coalition is under the umbrella of Clarksville Arts & Heritage Council, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

- Check in at Trinity Episcopal Parish House, 317 Franklin Street for Brochure & Wrist Band
- Tour will take place rain or shine, tickets are non-refundable
- Parking will be posted at each location and on the brochure
- There will be stairs at some locations, not ADA accessible
- Tickets are limited, so do not delay
- This tour is NOT advertised to the public, but you may share the ticket link with your friends or family
- Included with the ticket is an opportunity to win an original painting by artist Kitty Harvill. Must be present at reception
