Juror
We are honored to have watercolor artist and Customs House Museum executive director Frank Lott as juror for this year's 2Rivers Paint-Out.
Frank Lott was named executive director of the Customs House Museum & Cultural Center in January 2020 after a 42-year career in marketing and public relations as a co-founder of BLF Marketing.
A lifelong interest in history has been a motivating force for Frank both personally and professionally. Since its inception in 1984, Frank has been closely involved with the Museum serving three terms as Museum board chairman. Over the course of his professional career he has directed exhibit and content development for several historic locations around Montgomery County.
As an artist, the sales of his watercolor paintings have helped raise funds for many local non-profits and charitable causes.
Past jurors have included distinguished artists and Austin Peay State University professors and professors emeriti, Kell Black, Max Hochstetler, Dr. Jim Diehr, Bettye Holte, Billy Renkl, Susan Bryant, Melody and Ken Shipley, Claire Coyle Taylor and Dr. Dixie Webb, as well as internationally acclaimed artist Kitty Harvill.
